§ 01The Bangli Opportunity

Proven technology. Ready to build in Bangli.

INPAC will build a 115 MT/day waste-to-fuel plant at TPA Regional Bangli in Landih, Bangli Regency. The plant takes in Bangli's waste for a tipping fee and converts it into saleable fuel. The total build cost is USD 32M, and at the stated revenue figures the plant repays a full-amount loan at 6% simple interest in about 7.1 years.

What exists today

  • INPAC equipment operating and producing fuel at the TOSS Centre in Klungkung — the same technology planned for Bangli.
  • Verified stack-emissions testing against Indonesian national standards.

What is secured

  • Bangli contract in place, pending funding.
  • Site at TPA Regional Bangli, Landih — 115 MT/day of incoming waste.

What comes next

  • Fund the USD 32M build under Option A or Option B.
  • Build, commission and start earning tipping fees and fuel sales.

§ 05Certified by Indonesian laboratories

Tested, measured, verified.

The technology planned for Bangli is already operating in Bali. Its stack emissions have been tested by a government-accredited Indonesian laboratory, and every headline result meets or beats the applicable national standard.

Stack emissions — inside national limits

Tested 31 August 2026 at the TOSS Center, Kusamba, Klungkung by the Bali Province UPTD Hyperkes & KK (KAN-accredited) against Minister of Environment & Forestry Regulation P.70/2016 for thermal waste processing. Four units tested: two F4000 pyrolysis machines, one F750, and the F780 distillation unit.

§ 06Revenue Model

Two revenue streams from every tonne.

The Bangli plant earns a tipping fee for every metric tonne of waste it receives at TPA Landih, then converts that waste into fuel for sale. Revenue scales directly with the tonnes processed each day.

Total revenueUSD 152.50

Assumptions: 40% fuel yield taken as 400 litres per MT of waste; IDR 16,000 = USD 1; the plant operates 365 days a year at 115 MT/day. Figures show revenue only — running, maintenance, staffing and tax costs are excluded and would reduce the cash available for loan repayment.

§ 08Financing the Bangli Plant

Two ways to fund Bangli.

Fund the USD 32M Bangli build through project lending under Option A or short-term Activation Capital under Option B. Each structure has its own return basis, repayment schedule and agreed conditions.

A
Option A

Project by Project

Invest directly into the Bangli plant through a project-specific loan. Deployed capital earns 15% interest per annum, paid monthly. The loan term is negotiable; principal is repaid in a single bullet payment at the end of the agreed term.

Interest15% per annum on deployed principal, paid monthly.
Loan termNegotiable and mutually agreed before funds release; no standard fixed term.
Principal repaymentSingle bullet payment at the end of the agreed loan term; the maturity date depends on the negotiated term length.

Illustration only: funding Bangli's full USD 32.0M build cost under Option A earns USD 4,800,000 interest per year, or USD 400,000 per full month, covered 1.33× by Bangli's yearly revenue before running costs. USD 32.0M principal is due at the agreed maturity. Smaller amounts scale proportionally — USD 1,000,000 earns USD 150,000 a year. Partial-period calculations, fees and tax treatment are subject to final documentation.

Build cost is the total project funding requirement, not necessarily the investor loan amount. The final loan amount, drawdown schedule and term are confirmed in Bangli's due diligence.

Agree before investing

  • Confirm the project borrower, loan amount, use of proceeds, drawdown milestones and reporting requirements.
  • Review Bangli's cash-flow forecast, monthly interest coverage and the source of the final bullet repayment; principal remains outstanding until maturity.
  • Agree security, account controls, early-repayment and default provisions in the loan documents. No security package or repayment guarantee is assumed.
B
Option B

Activation Capital

10% → 70%
Activation capital → institutional facility

For investors seeking a shorter capital-return cycle. Once the relevant institutional lender has approved financing equal to 70% of Bangli's USD 32M build cost (USD 22.4M), a temporary 10% activation investment (USD 3.2M) satisfies the release condition. The investment carries a flat 10% return and a maximum contractual term of 90 calendar days.

Shorter cycle. Capital back within 90 days.

Option B targets earlier principal repayment than a longer, fully funded project loan under Option A. Its return is a flat 10% for the activation term, not an annual rate. Option A pays 15% per annum over its negotiated term; total earnings depend on duration, so the percentages are not directly comparable. Repayment remains subject to the agreed documents and conditions.

10%
Activation capital
70%
Institutional facility unlocked
10%
Flat activation return

How Option B works

  1. 1The 70% institutional facility is approved and project conditions are verified before any investor capital call.
  2. 2The investor provides the agreed 10% into the controlled project/SPV account; the 90-day term starts when cleared funds are received.
  3. 3The institutional facility is released and the project/SPV repays principal plus the flat 10% return by the contractual maturity date.
No approved 70% facility = no activation capital call.

Investor capital enters after institutional approval, not before it. Each deployment is governed by a project-specific agreement and controlled-account structure.
